This Grievance & Complaints Procedure applies to all internal and external stakeholders of Rudra Food & Beverage Private Limited, including employees, contractors, vendors, clients, business partners, members of the public, and any affiliated individuals.

When to Raise a Concern
Stakeholders are encouraged to raise a grievance or complaint if they believe there has been:
1. A violation of the Company’s Security Operations Management System (SOMS) or internal policies
2. A breach of local, national, or international laws, including human rights obligations
3. Any form of misconduct, unethical behavior, fraud, or non-compliance related to Company activities
4. Actions, decisions, or practices that appear improper, unsafe, discriminatory, or unlawful
All concerns raised are treated seriously and reviewed objectively.
