Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Rudra Food & Beverage Private Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, we are committed to addressing them in a fair and timely manner.
1. Returns
1. We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of product delivery.
2. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
3. Returns initiated after 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding:
1 Confirmation of receipt of the returned product
2. Approval or rejection of the refund request
If your refund is approved:
1. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
2. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after approval:
1. Please verify your bank or payment account status
2. Contact your bank or payment service provider, as processing timelines may vary

4. Sale & Discounted Items
1. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds
2. Items purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are non-refundable, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
5. Exchanges
1. Exchanges are offered only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
2. To request an exchange for the same item:
(a) Email us at info@rudrafood.co.in with your order details and supporting images
(b) Upon approval, the replacement will be processed and shipped within 7–10 business days
6. Order Cancellation
1. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team
2. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
3. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed as per our refund timeline

6. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Customers may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.
To initiate a cancellation request, please email us at info@rudrafood.co.in and include:
1. Your order number
2. A brief reason for cancellation
Cancellation Charges
If a cancellation request is approved:
1. A handling fee of 5% of the total order value or ₹50 (whichever is higher) will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, shipping charges (if any) will also be deducted.
⚠️ Important Notes
1. Order cancellations are permitted only before the order is packed or shipped.
2. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
3. For dispatched orders, customers are requested to follow the procedures outlined in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
